1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing or using Todah (app.todah), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Todah provides Christ-centered devotional content: daily devotionals, a verse of the day, guided prayer and worship audio, multi-day plans, a prayer journal, and an AI Scripture companion. Content is provided for personal spiritual encouragement.
3. Spiritual & AI Content Disclaimer
Todah is not a substitute for your local church, pastoral care, professional counselling or medical advice. The AI companion can be mistaken and does not speak for God: it offers no direct prophecy and no specific words of healing, and a disclaimer remains visible during use. Always weigh what you read against Scripture and trusted spiritual leadership.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Todah offers a free tier and a paid subscription, Premium, billed through the App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings; trials convert to paid unless cancelled beforehand.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling or redistributing content, no unlawful use, and no attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
The Todah name, brand, design, audio, devotional texts and software are owned by Todah or its licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service, not ownership of its content.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Todah is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.
10. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law in your place of residence to the extent required.
